How long will my order take?
Once your design proof is approved, AeroSella baselayers are made-to-order in Australia and dispatched within 4-5 weeks.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
What fabric do you use?
Each AeroSella baselayer is crafted from a premium four-way stretch Lycra blend - 85% polyester and 15% spandex - engineered for comfort, flexibility, and performance. The fabric is fully sublimated for long-lasting, vibrant colour that won’t fade, and is designed to move seamlessly with you in and out of the saddle.
Can I make changes after approving my design proof?
Because each piece is individually made, no changes can be made once production begins.
Please review all colours, names, and logos carefully before approval.
Can I add sponsor, team, or club logos?
Absolutely!
Please upload high-resolution artwork files - ideally in 'Vector' format (.pdf, .eps, .ai, .svg) for best print precision.
Logos will be placed according to your brief, and you’ll receive a proof for approval before production.
What is your returns policy?
Customline designs are final sale once proof approval is received, as they’re made exclusively for you.
If your garment arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery - we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
