At AeroSella, every garment is made to order in Australia with care and precision.

Because each piece is custom-made, our policies vary depending on the product type.

Product Categories

Template Designs

Personalise one of our existing designs with your choice of colours and details.

Once your digital proof is approved and production begins, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned unless faulty.

Customline (Fully Custom)

Customline pieces are created entirely to your design brief, including unique artwork and colour layouts.

Once your proof is approved, all sales are final unless the item is faulty.

Ready-Made Stock

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging.

Please contact us prior to returning any item to confirm eligibility.

Proof Approval

All orders receive a digital proof before production.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all details - including colours, logos, spelling, and placement - before approving.

Once approved, AeroSella is not responsible for any errors or changes requested afterwards.

Returns & Faults

AeroSella garments are made to order.

• Template & Customline designs: Non-returnable once approved, unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed
• Ready-made stock: Eligible for return within 14 days (conditions apply)

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Once assessed, we will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

Colours & Printing

Minor colour variations between on-screen designs and finished garments may occur due to the sublimation process.

These variations are not considered faults.

Production & Lead Times

All AeroSella garments are made to order.

Our standard turnaround time is 4–5 weeks, plus shipping.

This includes design confirmation, production, and quality control.

Priority production may be available for an additional fee - please contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Australia.

AeroSella is not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage once orders have been dispatched.

International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes.

Customer Notice

All AeroSella garments are made to order and are non-returnable unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Please ensure all details are correct before approving your design.

Logo Files

For best results, please provide logos in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg).

Raster files (.jpg, .png) may result in reduced quality or colour variation when printed.
